Hollywood actress Ana de Armas recently marked a very special occasion: her rescue dog Salsa’s fifth birthday. On May 5, Ana shared a heartfelt Instagram post filled with sweet photos and videos of her beloved pup.
“My beautiful girl, mi Salsita, happy 5th birthday! I love you so much!” she wrote in the caption. The gallery showed Salsa wearing a birthday hat, playing with toys, going for a walk, and cuddling up with Ana herself. Salsa is a Havanese, a perfect match for Ana, who was born in Havana, Cuba. Ana adopted Salsa in July 2020 when she was just a tiny two-month-old puppy. Her first post introducing Salsa to the world said, “Welcome to the family, Salsa,” with a flower and heart emoji.
Of course, Salsa shares the spotlight with Ana’s other pup, Elvis, who turned 17 in March. That celebration also made it to Ana’s Instagram, featuring years of memories with Elvis from beach days to cozy naps.
